Our company handles fire and water damage emergency services as well as general cleaning and abatement. Our customers are often going through a hard time and our Restoration Technicians are the main point of contact to help with any home or business disaster.
We are looking to grow and our employee training program offers many opportunities to earn more and advance within. Technicians will take part in hands on as well as individual training, with opportunities for review quarterly. Through our training program you can earn restoration industry professional certifications, opening up career paths within the restoration industry.
Normal working hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Our business involves responding to customer emergencies 24/7/365, overtime and other incentives apply.
Starting Rate is $17.00 per hour during training period, up to $20.00 per hour upon completion of training program.
Being a fire and water Restoration Technician includes the following job responsibilities:
-Training under certified restoration professionals
-Complete restoration jobs alongside a Crew Chief
-Follow cleaning and restoration procedures
-Maintain an orderly appearance while at work
-Develop expertise and certification in the industry
-Maintain professional grade equipment needed for specific jobs
-Work safe
-Take ownership of your role at each job site
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
